How long does nationwide delivery take?
For Karachi, orders are typically delivered within 24 hours. For other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad), delivery takes 2 to 4 working days via insured courier services.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available for orders up to Rs. 100,000 across Pakistan. For higher value workstation laptops, advance payment or partial deposit is required.

What warranty comes with refurbished/pre-owned laptops?
All pre-owned devices undergo a 50-point quality check and come with a 7-day money-back checking warranty plus 1-Month WL Tech hardware warranty.
How do I claim official brand warranty?
Brand-new laptops carry official manufacturer warranties (e.g. Dell, HP, Lenovo). You receive an official tax invoice with serial numbers that can be claimed directly at official service centers.
